Continuous Emission Monitoring System SO2 NOx O2 NO NO2 CEMS
Introduction:
The CEMS-1000 flue gas emission continuous monitoring system (CEMS) is composed of four basic parts: the smoke and dust monitoring subsystem, the gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, the flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, the system control and the data acquisition and processing subsystem. It can monitor SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity and other parameters in the gas, and can also expand the monitoring of HCl, HF, CO, CO2,NO2 and other parameters for specific occasions. The measured gas passes through the sampling probe to remove dust, heat tracing tube sampling, multi-stage filtration, secondary condensation to quickly remove water and cool down, and enter the micro heat tracing gas analysis module (DOAS and TDLAS technology) for analysis and measurement. The use of dry measurement effectively solves the technical problems of large fluctuations in data measurement caused by large humidity changes such as waste incineration.
