Secondary-grade chemical protective clothing

Secondary grade chemical protective clothing (light chemical protective clothing) is a protective clothing worn by firefighters when entering a chemical or corrosive fire or accident site for fire fighting and emergency rescue. The garment is made of modified pvc
double-coated fabric, which not only has acid and alkali resistance, but also has good flame retardant performance and strong performance. Its technical indicators meet the requirements of Q/02MKF001-2005 standard and pass The type inspection of the product by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The garment is not only used in the fire protection industry, but also widely used in petroleum and chemical industries.
Structural feature
1. Connected semi-closed structure, except the face exposed, the rest of the use of sealed form
2. The gloves are removable with clamping ring, which ensures air tightness and is easy to replace
3. All sewing seams are sealed with inner and outer sealing strips to ensure the sealing performance of clothing
4. The complete set of chemical protective clothing is made up of protective rubber boots (steel baotou, steel bottom plate, anti-impact and anti-puncture)
Technical Characteristic
1. Main properties: acid and alkali resistant and flame retardant, etc. Can be used in gasoline, acetone, ethyl acetate and other organic media, as well as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphate, sodium hydroxide and other corrosive liquid occasions for rescue operations.
2. Key Parameter
Anti-acid permeability: the fabric is impervious to acid solution of 80%H2SO4, 60%HNO3 and 30%HCI for 1h
Anti-alkali penetration performance: The fabric is impervious to 1:1 mol/L NaOH for 1 h.
Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤ 10cm, continuous burning time ≤ 5s; smoldering time ≤ 10s and no droplets.
Heat resistance aging performance :125 2h non - stick non - brittle
Cold resistance :-25 5 min, no crack when folded at 180 degrees
Gasoline resistance: soak 120# gasoline for 60min, no crack and no stickiness

Precautions for use
1. The wearer should know the scope of use of the garment before use.
2. Before use, the integrity of the garment should be checked. If it is not perfect, it is
strictly forbidden to enter the job site. Check the content:
Whether the rubber boots and gloves are firmly connected correctly
The joint of the garment joint has no leak seal, open glue and seal.
Whether the surface of the garment is damaged, separated or opened.
Buttons and bonded floors are intact.
3. This garment is generally used in conjunction with an air respirator. The mask of the air respirator should be closely matched with the hat of the chemical protective suit. And wear a fire helmet.
4. In use, clothing must not be in direct contact with flames and melts. And should prevent the hook of the sharp object.
5. In use, if the garment is damaged due to hooking, etc., it should immediately exit the accident site, and the wearer should be decontaminated according to the chemical substances at the accident site.
Maintenance
1. Do not take off your chemical protective suit before decontamination.
2. After exiting the site, away from the danger zone, if it is contaminated, rinse it thoroughly with water immediately.
3. Cleaning of contaminated chemical protective clothing: need to wash with warm water, dirty or other stains, need to wipe with alcohol, and then dry the chemical protective suit.
4. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Dry it in a well-ventilated place. After drying, fold it in the original folding mode and put it into the bag for later use. Do not collide with sharp objects when storing.
Storage
1. The packaging of the chemical protective suit is a bag type, and each set of clothing is packaged. It is not allowed to open the package for stacking. It can be stored in the original container in the original state on the shelf 20cm above the ground to prevent dirt.
2. During the storage process, avoid rolling and exposure, and check the package regularly to see if the garment is damaged due to storage.
3. Clothing should avoid contact with hard and sharp materials during storage and movement to prevent scratch damage.
4. Warranty period: Under normal use, the warranty period is not man-made damage within one year, and can be returned to the factory for repair (free button, zipper).
5. Storage period: three years.
ATTENTION
1. This chemical protective suit is not suitable for use in toxic gases, especially in the presence of military poisons and poisonous gases!
2. This chemical protective suit is mainly used in the case of splashing of acid and alkali chemicals. It is strictly forbidden to work in the pool or tank of chemical liquid.
