The first-grade chemical protective clothing (heavy chemical protective clothing / fully enclosed fire-fighting chemical protective clothing) is a protective clothing worn by firefighters when entering fire or accident scenes of chemical dangerous goods or corrosive articles for fire fighting and emergency rescue. The garment is made of modified pvc double-coated fabric, which not only has anti-acid, alkali, phosphorus, sulfur and other toxic, harmful gas, liquid and other properties, but also has good flame retardant performance and strong performance, its technology The indicators have reached the Q/02MKF001-2005 standard requirements, and passed the type
inspection of the product by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

Structural feature
1. One-piece fully enclosed structure, built-in respirator, chemical protective clothing ventilation valve (exhaust) is positive pressure type, the joint is firm, and the double-sided hot-melt joint is jointed, and the surface screen is hard and transparent material.
2. The glove is detachable with a snap ring to ensure air tightness and easy replacement.
3. Sewing seams are all sealed with inner and outer sealing strips to ensure the sealing performance of the garment.
4. The whole set of chemical protective clothing is composed of large field of view hood, 6.8 liter respirator, anti-chemical gloves, anti-chemical rubber boots (steel baotou, steel bottom plate, anti-smashing and anti-puncture), sealed zipper and overpressure exhaust system. It is used in combination with helmets and air breathing apparatus.

Anti-acid permeability: 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO3, 30% HCL three acids 10mm liquid column for 1h impermeability.

Anti-alkali penetration performance: 6.1mol/LnaOH, 10h liquid injection for 1h impermeability.

Heat aging resistance: 125 ° C × 2 h is not sticky, not brittle.

Cold resistance: -15 ° C × 5 min, folded 180 degrees without cracks.

Gasoline resistance: dip 120 = gasoline 30s, no cracks, no stickiness.

Flame retardant performance: continuous burning time ≤ 5s; smoldering time ≤ 10s; damage length ≤ 10cm.

Breaking strength: warp and weft direction ≥450N.

Puncture resistance of the sole: ≥900N.

Electrical insulation performance of the sole: ≥5000V.

Anti-smashing performance of the boot: After the impact test, the gap height is ≥15mm.
