The KL99-PAPR is a fan-assisted respiratory protective device system that comes with a battery-powered blower, three filters, and a full face mask or a breathing hood. This applies particularly to work that is hard, warm or of long duration. The headgear may be a hood with a face shield, a half mask, or a full face mask. The blower is equipped with three filter cans, and the filtered air is fed through a hose to the headgear. The pressure generated prevents surrounding pollutants from penetrating into the mask. The powered blower unit provides filtered air for a wide range of industrial applications, such as industrial welding, agriculture and waste disposal.
Operations
• Starting up
Long press the power button and hold for 3 s to boot, enter the low intensity working state
• Power off
Press the power button for 3 consecutive times to turn it off. When it stops working, all indicator lights are off
• Indicator light
There are 4 indicator lights in total, 3 of which are white and green indicating the power level
• Electric quantity
When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights (white) are fully illuminating, and the indicator lights are
off one by one as the using time increases. When the remaining 1 white light flashes, please prepare to recharge it.
• Battery charging
When charging, the first white light flashes. When the three white lights are on, it indicates that the battery is fully charged.
Optional Communication Mask System (below)
This product is used as an auxiliary part of communication with the mask. This product has a unique design, which can effectively amplify the voice of the person wearing the mask, keep the communication smooth, and ensure the clear and sonorous sound quality. At the same time, it can also be used in conjunction with the intelligent digital electronic pressure gauge to display the information of the remaining amount of gas in the cylinder.
