In-Situ Gas Analyzer for Real-time Online Gas Monitoring and Analysis
The KF200 series laser gas analyzer is developed aiming at industrial gas on-line analyzing and online environmental monitoring. Based on the semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (DLAS) technology, it features an integrated design and a high level of integration.
Various types of the KF200 series laser gas analyzer are available, including in-situ probing type, by-pass type, multi-channel and disc mounted type, etc. Gases like O2, CO, NH3, CO2, CH4, H2O, HC, HF, etc., can all be analyzed. Analysis of the concentration of target gases includes macro-analysis and micro-analysis.

Main Process
Under the influence of the jet pump, the target gases are processed through probe filter (filtering out dust), heat tracing (avoid raw condensate production), cooling (for high temperature applications), and inlet laser analysis module for analyzing and measuring. Close the ball valve, open the calibration valve and then do calibration of the laser analysis module. It ensures the accuracy of the device running. Close the ball valve and open the back flushing valve to ensure the sampling passage unblocked.
The configuration of KF200 laser gas analyzer varies based on different applications. For high-pressure situations, pressure reducing valves should be increased, the jet pump not needed.
