High-performance thermal insulation suit
High-performance thermal insulation clothing (proximity type) is mainly used for thermal protection of the high-temperature working environment of firefighters, which can effectively avoid the transmission of external heat to the human body in the form of heat convection, thermal radiation and heat conduction, and has better performance to slow down and prevent heat transfer, so as to avoid heat sources causing harm to the human body. Products meet the requirements of GA634-2015 standard,
1. Main structure: split type or conjoined type. Components included: insulated tops, insulated pants, insulated head covers, insulated gloves, insulated feet. The garment is a four-layer structure: divided into an outer layer (using high-brightness aluminum), a waterproof and breathable layer (aramid felt composite PTFE film), an insulation layer (aramid spun felt), and a comfort layer (made of 50% aramid and 50% flame retardant viscose blend).
2. Characteristics of each part:
2.1 Thermal insulation head cover: There is an overlapping part of ≥200mm between it and the top. The insulated hood is equipped with a window, made of colorless or light-colored transparent heat-resistant material with a certain strength and rigidity, and has a gold-plated coating, wide field of view, good light transmittance.
2.2 Insulated top: There is an overlapping part of ≥200mm between the insulated top and the insulated pants, and the top is equipped with an empty pager rucksack. The cuffs of the insulated top have overlapping parts of ≥200mm with the insulated gloves, which can effectively prevent debris from entering the sleeves.
2.3 Thermal insulation pants: Insulated pants are used to provide protection for the lower limbs and legs, and the trouser legs cover the outside of the fire extinguishing protective boots and boot barrels, which can effectively prevent debris from entering.
2.4 Thermal insulation gloves: the palms are covered with leather, which increases the wear resistance and thermal insulation performance, and there is ≥200mm overlap between the multi-layered fabric of the insulated jacket sleeves.
2.5 Insulated foot cover: The insulated foot cover is worn outside the fire extinguisher protective boots, covering the entire boot surface to provide protection for the feet, and there is an overlap of ≥300mm between the multi-layered material of the insulated pants.
3. Main performance requirements:
3.1 Outer layer and thermal insulation layer performance requirements Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤ 100mm, continuous combustion time of 0s, no melt dripping phenomenon.
Fracture strength: warp and weft dry fracture strength ≥ 623N.
Tearing force: Warp and weft tearing strength ≥ 150N.
Peeling strength: If the composite layer can be separated from the substrate, the warp and weft peeling strength ≥ 9N/30mm.
Hydrostatic resistance ≥ 17kpa.
Thermal stability performance: After the thermal stability performance test of 260 °C, the size change rate along the longitude and latitude ≤ 10%.
Bending resistance: After 5000 consecutive bends, there will be no lamination or shedding of composite fabrics or fibers.
The reflectivity of radiant heat ≥ 80%.
3.2 Comfort layer: with flame retardant performance, ignition time ≤2s. There is no melt dripping phenomenon.
3.3 Overall radiation permeability performance: Under the radiation heat source of
40kW/m2, after irradiation for 60s, the inner surface heating ≤ 25 °C.
★3.4 Overall thermal protection performance: The overall thermal protection performance value ≥35.
3.5 Seam breaking strength: ≥600N.
3.6 Sewing thread high temperature resistance performance: under the condition of temperature 260 °C ± 5 °C, within 5 minutes, there is no melting and burning phenomenon.
3.7 Pitch Density: Chiaroscuro lines 9 stitches per 3cm ≥. 7 stitches per 3 cm ≥.
3.8 Heat-resistant head cover window transmittance: The light transmittance of colorless transparent and light colored windows ≥ 85% and 43% respectively.
3.9 Resistant to ambient temperature: ≥90°C.
★ 3.10 radiated heat resistance: ≥ 1000 °C.
3.11 This garment is easy to wear, loose in structure, there is no restriction on running,climbing, jumping and other actions, it is not easy to cause hook hanging, the assembly is firm, and strengthening measures are taken in the parts that are easy to be injured to meet the requirements of coordination and comfort.
★3.12 Soak in hot water above 90 °C for 20 minutes, rub vigorously, and the surface layer will not fall off, rise and other obvious changes.
★3.13 Sewing thread ignited without melting phenomenon.
