Description:
The dust instrument can be used in real-time continuous measurement for a variety of pollution sources of particulate pollutants. The dust instrument can be equipped with flue gas monitoring system and also can be a alone instrument or several instruments connected to a set of dust monitoring network, sharing a front stage. The instrument can be used in power plants, steel mills, cement plants and other dust monitoring, and can also be used for dust removal equipment and other powder engineering process control.
Technical characteristics
1.The instrument adopts the principle of laser backscattering and has the ability to resist the mechanical vibration of the flue and the beam swing caused by uneven refractive index for the uneven temperature of the flue gas.

The general standard setting parameters can be applied to the flue thickness is less than 400mm, and the flue diameter is larger than the brand label of the instrument. Under the special requirements, the size of the measuring area can be customized. The user can also adjust by the recognition and instruction of the maintenance personnel.
Note: It uses a 128x64 graphics and displays by LCD. When you need to adjust the contrast display of the LCD, you can adjust it by modulating a potentiometer in the front panel.
