A set of SCBA contains parts as follows:
1. KL99-A01 full mask
The full mask is adaptable to fit all different shapes of faces. It is made of flame-retarded silicone, safe and comfortable to wear. It is also antifog designed. It allows for a wide field of vision. And the visor is made of a high impact scratch resistant material, which prolongs its life by 3-4 times.
2. KL99-A02 backboard
It is designed according to ergonomics to fit different users. The main body's weight is only 0.685kg. The tortuosity can be above 90 degrees. It is made from a high strength material, which is chemical, high temperature and impact resistant.
3. KL99-A03 warning whistle and pressure gauge
The warning whistle is integrated with pressure gauge and located on the chest after donning. It will give a continuous 90dB alarm to make sure the user can hear it under noisy environment.
The pressure gauge is waterproof and shockproof designed, and it can be read in the darkness.
4. KL99-A04 backpack
Flexible backpack, equipped with comfortable and detachable tournure, makes waist and shoulders no oppressive feeling.
Shoulder straps and belt are made of Nomex or KEVLAR, tear-resistant and flame-retardant. And they together distribute the weight of the apparatus effectively.
5. KL99-A05 air supply valve
Handhold valve, with small size, can be inserted mask in 360o promptly. Gas supply is above 500L/min.
6. KL99-A06 decompressor
The decompressor core adopts advanced technology with a design life of 15 years. The unique maximum gas supply is above 1000L/min, which make sure the user's enough respiratory volume.
7. Gas cylinder and cylinder valve
Carbon fibre cylinder has the advantages of high strength, lightweight, corrosion-resistant and anti-shocking.
Y-shape self-locking cylinder valve effectively avoids opening the valve caused by accidental collision or misoperation.
8. Multifunctional fast join valve
Stainless steel, strong and durable. Traceless design, safe and reliable.
9. The configuration can be 2L/3L/4.7L/6.8L/9L
Carbon fibre cylinder, internal is made of corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, and the middle layer is carbon fibre. The glass fibre surface screw is M18*1.5.
